Anne Delaigle, co-founder of IzzyTown Becycle: “Logistics must be taken into account in downtown planning policies”
With a deep understanding of the challenges facing independent retailers, having worked as a fashion designer for nearly 30 years, Anne Delaigle entered the logistics sector to support them. Between the pedestrianization of downtown areas, restricted delivery hours and a lack of available land, urban retailers are, in her view, under threat. To help them withstand e-commerce competition, she created IzzyTown in 2023.
