The data are obtained when a person wishing to receive the newsletter enters their name and email address in the subscription field in the footer of the Plateformes website by Afilog.

4.3. Mandatory nature of data collection

Collection of the email address and name is mandatory for sending the newsletter.

The processing does not provide for automated decision-making.

Plateformes by Afilog retains the email address and name until the data subject unsubscribes (via the unsubscribe link included in the newsletters).
