Each year, this social enterprise collects 25,000 tonnes of food waste from businesses and individuals. Sorted and recovered at Les Alchimistes’ 10 facilities, this waste is turned into compost and used to enrich the soil.

Bringing together four regions, represented by their prefects and regional representatives, public stakeholders (CCI, CNR, VNF, GPMM, etc.) and professional organizations (Afilog, AUTF, FNTR, etc.), the project aims to develop a master plan, with cross-sector planning and shared tools capable of supporting green reindustrialization.
